Salon Policies:
I require that you reschedule, request modifications to services being provided or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment.
Appointments are reserved for you and any modifications to the services booked MUST be made 48 hours prior to arrival to assure proper timing for appointment is allotted. Failure to do so will result in a fee equal to 50% of the booked service amount. Arriving late may limit ability for all your your services to be done. Last minute (or day of) modifications of services being provided may result in charges for those booked appointments to cover time allotted.
Clients who do not arrive within 15 minutes of their appointment may be asked to reschedule and the 100% "no show" charge may be applied.
Any charges will be paid prior to or added to the next appointment made.
"No Shows" will be charges 100% of the booked service amount.
That charge must be paid in full before any new appointments are made.
2 or more last minute reschedules, cancellations or last minute modifications may require a $50 deposit to be put down before any more appointments are made.
2 or more "no shows" will require prepayment in full or possibly even loss of pre-booking privileges.
